FAQs about Cosmetic Tubes
Our cosmetic tubes are typically made from high-quality materials such as polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP). These materials offer excellent durability, chemical resistance, and compatibility with various cosmetic formulations.
We offer a range of sizes for our cosmetic tubes, catering to different product volumes and customer needs. Our sizes typically range from 3ml to 350ml, but we can accommodate custom size requirements as well.
There are no restrictions on the choice of tube color.
You can opt for various finishes such as matte, varnish, soft touch, mirrored metallization, matte metallization, hologram, and more.
Printing options include offset print, screen print, and hot stamping.
The material used for the different parts of the tube, including the outer layer, inner layer, and shoulder, can be switched from PE (polyethylene) to PCR (post-consumer recycled) or OBP(Ocean-Bound Plastic) PE. This change can be made up to 100% to decrease the reliance on virgin fossil plastic and lower carbon emissions. Please note that only coex (co-extruded) tubes are currently offered.
