Customization and Decoration Services
Another important factor in achieving your desired look is in the way your packaging is finished.
We offer many different options for you to choose from, including in-mold color, inner and outer sprays, metallization, and spray finishes like pearl, matte, soft touch, glossy, and frosted.
In-Mold Color Decoration for Cosmetic Packaging
Injection molding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting heated and mixed material, such as glass and plastics, into a mold where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity. This is the perfect time to have your desired color be a part of the material itself, rather than added later.
Inner and Outer Spray Coating for Packaging
The remarkable technique of spray coating presents a world of possibilities for customizing the appearance of containers, be they made of glass or plastic. With this method, containers are delicately sprayed to achieve a desired effect, ranging from a frosted aesthetic to a textured tactile experience. It goes beyond that, allowing for the application of a single bespoke color as a background, which can serve as a foundation for further design enhancements. Moreover, the potential extends to endless design combinations encompassing multiple colors, graceful fades, and captivating gradients.
Cosmetic Packaging Metallizing Techniques
A groundbreaking technique has emerged to replicate the pristine appearance of chrome on containers. This process involves subjecting a metallic material to intense heat within a vacuum chamber, causing it to vaporize. The resulting vaporized metal then undergoes a transformative journey as it condenses onto the container’s surface, establishing a strong bond. To ensure an even and consistent application, the container is carefully rotated during this procedure. Once the metalizing process reaches its culmination, a protective topcoat is skillfully applied to safeguard the container’s captivating finish.
HEAT TRANSFER
Heat transfer is an innovative method for applying silk screen designs to various surfaces. Through the combined forces of pressure and a heated silicone roller or die, the ink seamlessly transfers onto the target object. This technique proves especially beneficial for intricate designs featuring multiple colors or labels with half-tones. In such cases, heat transfer labels offer unparalleled advantages, ensuring exceptional color quality, precise registration, and cost-effective pricing, making them a formidable contender in the decorating industry.
Silk Screening for Cosmetic Packaging
Silk screening, an exquisite process, involves pressing ink through a meticulously treated screen onto a desired surface. This method entails applying one color at a time, utilizing a dedicated screen for each color. The complexity of the design determines the number of colors involved, consequently dictating the number of passes required for silk screen printing. Notably, the magic of silk screening extends beyond visual appeal, as the printed graphics impart a tangible texture upon the decorated surface, adding an extra dimension to the artwork.
UV Coating for Durable Packaging Finishes
In the realm of cosmetics, beauty, and personal care, packaging goes hand in hand with fashion. To truly make your products shine on the retail shelves, UV coating steps into the spotlight.
UV coating plays a pivotal role in enhancing the visual impact of your packaging. Whether it’s an enchanting frosty texture or a radiant glossy surface, the application of this coating bestows your package with an alluring aesthetic. With its transformative qualities, UV coating grants your packaging a captivating appeal, ensuring it stands out amongst competitors and catches the discerning eyes of customers in the bustling retail environment.
Hot/foil Stamping for Luxury Cosmetic Packaging
Hot stamping is a sophisticated technique that imparts a touch of opulence to cosmetic tubes, bottles, jars, and closures. Through the skillful application of heat and pressure, colored foil adorns the surface, creating a striking and luxurious effect.
Hot stamping offers a myriad of possibilities to enhance your packaging. Typically featuring gold and silver foils, it exudes an air of elegance and sophistication. Additionally, brushed aluminum and opaque colors are also available, offering versatility and the opportunity to create a distinctive signature design. With hot stamping, your packaging exudes a shiny and radiant allure, captivating the attention of discerning customers.
SOFT TOUCH
Soft Touch is a remarkable spray that imparts a smooth and addictive coating to products, creating an irresistible tactile experience. With its soft and velvety touch, it has gained popularity in the baby care and skin care industries, providing a “touch me” feeling. This versatile spray can be applied to various products, including caps, amplifying their appeal and leaving a lasting impression. Whether it’s the comforting sensation of a lotion bottle or the gentle touch of a cosmetic compact, Soft Touch enhances the overall experience, engaging customers on a deeper level.
WATER TRANSFER
Water transfer, known by various names such as hydro-graphics, immersion printing, water transfer imaging, hydro dipping, or cubic printing, is an innovative technique for applying captivating designs onto three-dimensional surfaces. This versatile process extends its application to a wide range of materials, including metal, plastic, glass, hard woods, and more. With water transfer, the possibilities for elevating the visual appeal of various objects are boundless, making it a favored choice among creative enthusiasts and industry professionals alike.
OFFSET PRINTING
Offset printing is a printing method that utilizes printing plates to accurately transfer ink onto containers. This technique surpasses silkscreen printing in precision and is particularly suitable for multi-color designs, supporting up to 8 colors, as well as halftone artwork. However, it is exclusively applicable to tubes. While the texture of printed graphics may not be discernible, one should note the presence of a single overlapping color line on the tube.
EMBOSSING & DEBOSSING
Embossing and debossing are techniques used to add branding value to packages by creating distinctive logo designs that consumers can physically interact with. Embossing creates a raised image, while debossing creates a recessed image. These effects are achieved using custom tools, resulting in visually and tactilely appealing designs.
